Chloe and Steven’s intimate City Hall elopement was a day filled with classic New York City locations. Join me as I reminisce about this intimate City Hall Wedding that became a day that will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Taking the Subway

We made our way to City Hall by subway, which felt so right in New York City. This is the way we get around every single day, so capturing snapshots of moments that mirrored the ordinary beauty of daily life was so special. We soon found ourselves racing against rain. Thankfully it was only a few drops before we made it into City Hall.

An NYC City Hall Wedding

Chloe’s saw her family waiting at City Hall, and it brought so many emotions for her. The intimacy of the ceremony, surrounded by their closest loved ones, painted a picture of love and support that was truly heartwarming, and it was so clear that Chloe knew how special it was. Observing Chloe’s interactions with her family was a privilege. The depth of her love for them radiated in every glance and gesture. The experience I have of meeting such incredible couples is such an honor, and I never want to take that for granted!

The ceremony was a blend of sweetness, emotion, and excitement. My favorite part was the confetti exit, marking the beginning of a joyful celebration as we exited City Hall and made our way to City Hall Park, capturing moments that will last forever.

Exploring Chinatown in New York City

Chloe and Steven made a list of places that they wanted to go throughout the day, and Chinatown was one of them that was so meaningful for them. We walked the streets as I heard stories about different places they love, we (of course!) stopped for ice cream at The Original Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, and landed at the House of Joy for dinner to reflect, share stories, and celebrate the sweetest newlyweds.

Chloe and Steven’s impact on me was profound. Their stories, shared over dinner, added depth to the photographs, making them more than just images but cherished memories etched in pixels.
